Inspect Tall Components up to 60mm
Tall components have traditionally created inspection challenges for AOI systems because they cast shadows over nearby shorter parts, limiting accurate measurement. With optional 9-Way Projection technology, Zenith UHS supports inspection of components up to 60mm in height. By using a multi-projection Moiré interferometry system, Zenith UHS helps minimize shadow-related limitations and delivers reliable 3D measurement across assemblies with complex height variation.
