He will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company, as well as continue to dedicate his expertise in developing tactics and strategies to improve sales. Juan Arango, who had been the General Manager at Koh Young America has resigned to pursue outside interests at provider of intelligent machines for the fabrication of Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME). Before joining Koh Young America nearly seven years ago, Joel worked at major manufacturing companies like Texas Instruments and United Technologies Corporation, before transitioning to equipment suppliers Panasonic Factory Automation and Omron Inspection Systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the Purdue University School of Polytechnic Science and Technology. With his background, Joel is focused on helping manufactures improve quality control and process optimization across a growing set of industries including printed circuit board assembly, machining, and semiconductors. To further promote the industry, Joel is a member in good standing with SMTA.
